LEGADO cuisine

We are serving healthy homemade delicious food, using local organic and sustainable produce as much as possible, which comes from local suppliers and farmers. Fruit and vegetables are grown by selected small family farms, and there is always plentiful crusty artisanal seeded sourdough bread.

A hearty healthy breakfast

Continental Breakfast is included and available as a sweet "Vienna", a savoury "Finca" and a healthy "Green" version.
Breakfast consists of a hot drink, freshly squeezed orange juice, creamy organic yoghurt mixed with fresh fruit, roasted nuts and spices, homemade granola and of course there is a choice of egg dishes and homemade jams, Jamon Serrano, local cheeses and avocado and fresh garden tomatoes.
The extras menu includes a Threesome Porrigde and Bircher Müesli as well as a full range of fresh egg dishes such as poached eggs on avocado toast made of eggs coming from our own LEGADO chickens.
Breakfast is served from May to September alfresco by the pool and during the cooler season in our casa principal's winter garden.

Our Dinners4Friends nights are both culinary events and visual experiences. Eclectic charm meets attention to detail: our dining tables under the Ibizan sky always has a laid back and convivial cosy atmosphere.
