Food, as we like it

At Finca Legado, food is not an add-on – it is part of the experience.
As a small, independent bed & breakfast, we place particular emphasis on honest, homemade cuisine, prepared with care and a deep respect for local produce.

We cook with what the island gives us: seasonal fruit and vegetables from trusted small suppliers, local cheeses, artisanal products and as many organic and sustainably sourced ingredients as possible.

Everything is made with love, without fuss, and always with a sense of place. And there is always plentiful crusty artisanal seeded sourdough bread.

Mornings we care about

As a B&B, breakfast is where our day begins – and where we invest most of our culinary energy.

A generous continental breakfast is included in every stay and offered in three styles: the sweet Vienna, the savoury Finca and the lighter Green option.
Expect excellent coffee or tea, freshly squeezed orange juice, creamy organic yoghurt with fresh fruit, roasted nuts and spices, homemade granola, as well as a selection of egg dishes. You’ll also find homemade jams, Jamón Serrano, local cheeses, avocado and sun-ripened garden tomatoes.

For those who like to linger, our extras menu includes comforting classics such as Bircher Müesli and porridge, alongside freshly prepared egg dishes – using eggs from our own LEGADO chickens.

From May to September, breakfast is served alfresco by the pool; during the cooler months, it moves into the light-filled winter garden of our casa principal.

Easy food, slow hours by the pool

Between long swims, slow afternoons and shaded siestas, our pool snacks offer relaxed, uncomplicated food made for sharing – or not.

Think light, flavourful dishes prepared with the same philosophy as our breakfast: local ingredients, simple recipes, and a sense of ease. Everything is freshly made, unpretentious and designed to complement the rhythm of a day at Finca Legado rather than interrupt it.

Pool snacks are available daily during the afternoon hours.

Long tables, shared nights –
Legado Private Dining

Some evenings call for gathering around one long table.

During high season, we offer private dining experiences for groups of 15 guests or more. These evenings are about more than food: they are about connection, atmosphere and shared moments under the Ibizan sky.

Depending on the occasion, dinners can take different forms – from our classic Dinner4Friends five-course tasting menu to more relaxed formats such as a convivial BBQ or a traditional Paella feast. All are rooted in the same idea: seasonal cooking, generous plates, and a warm, laid-back setting.
